Kiosk & Digital Signage Applications

Reduce wait times in stores, restaurants and offices with self-service kiosk, digital signage and touchscreen applications.

High-traffic stores, restaurants, and corporate offices are turning to self-service solutions to reduce staff workload, shorten wait times, and improve the customer experience. Off-the-shelf kiosk systems available on the market, however, usually do not allow you to customize the look and flow, do not integrate with your existing ordering or ERP system, and lock you into a single vendor for technical support.

Our Solution Approach

We develop touchscreen-optimized kiosk applications and dynamic digital signage systems using web technologies. React.js-based browser applications eliminate dependency on proprietary hardware; they can run on any Android tablet, Windows PC, or large-screen device. Every project is designed from scratch with user flow, brand identity, offline requirements, and integration with existing systems all taken into consideration.

Scope & Features

  • Self-service order kiosks — Touchscreen menus, order creation, payment, and order transmission to the kitchen system for restaurants, cafes, and fast food outlets
  • Visitor welcome and check-in kiosks — Identity verification, visitor registration, and automatic notifications for corporate offices and event entrances
  • Product information and wayfinding kiosks — In-store product details, stock status, QR reading, and directing customers to the correct shelf or checkout
  • Digital signage and screen management — Campaign visuals, queue number displays, announcement boards; remote updates from a central panel
  • Event registration and badge printing kiosks — Attendee verification, barcode or QR scanning, instant badge or label printing
  • Offline operating mode — Core functions continue when the internet connection is lost; data synchronizes when the connection is restored
  • Central management panel — Remote management of multiple devices and screens, content updates, and device status monitoring
  • Hardware integrations — Payment terminal, barcode/QR reader, thermal printer, and card reader support

Technical Standards

Applications are developed in React.js; they can be packaged into a native Android or Windows application using Capacitor when needed. A minimum 44px touch target area and large font size standards are applied for touch interaction. Offline data management is provided via IndexedDB or SQLite.

Who Is It For?

  • Businesses where checkout or reception staff is insufficient during peak hours and that want to reduce wait times through self-service
  • Restaurant and retail chains looking for a fully customizable kiosk experience that aligns with their brand identity
  • Corporate structures that want to manage digital signage or information points across multiple locations

Expected Outcomes

  • Requests for staff assistance decrease during peak hours; more customers can be served with the same team
  • Ordering or registration errors decrease; consistency increases in processes carried out without human intervention
  • Content across 10 locations is updated from a single point in minutes through the central panel
  • Customers can find what they want and take action without waiting; satisfaction measurably improves

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to buy proprietary hardware for the kiosk?

No. Applications are built as React.js-based browser applications and can run on any Android tablet, Windows PC or large-screen device. When needed they can be packaged into a native Android or Windows application with Capacitor, so you are not locked into a single hardware vendor.

Does the kiosk keep working if the internet connection drops?

In offline operating mode the core functions continue without a connection. Data is held in IndexedDB or SQLite and synchronizes once the connection is restored.

How do we manage screens across multiple locations?

Multiple devices and screens are managed remotely from a central management panel, where content is updated and device status is monitored. Campaign visuals, queue number displays or announcement boards can all be changed from a single point.

Does it integrate with my existing ordering system and devices?

Every project is designed from scratch with integration into existing systems in mind; in restaurant kiosks, for example, the order is transmitted directly to the kitchen system. On the hardware side there is support for payment terminals, barcode or QR readers, thermal printers and card readers.
