QR Code Solutions
Manage dynamic QR code systems for menus, product tracking, campaigns and redirects with measurable scan analytics.

The fundamental problem with static QR codes is their immutability: once printed, their content cannot be updated, if the target URL changes all materials need to be reprinted, and there is no way to know how many times the code has been scanned. When menu prices change or a campaign expires, hundreds of printed materials must be discarded. This is both a financial and operational burden, especially for restaurants, hotels, and retail businesses that rely heavily on printed materials.
Our Solution Approach
At Barlas Dijital, we develop dynamic QR code systems and integrate them into existing digital infrastructure. A dynamic QR allows you to change the target URL or content behind a scanned code from a management panel whenever you wish, and to track statistics for every scan. The system can be deployed as a standalone platform or integrated into an existing website or application; BQR.app is one platform example of this approach.
Scope & Features
- Digital menu system — Updatable QR menu for restaurants and cafes; price and content changes are made through the panel, no reprinting required
- Digital business card — A business card QR linked to a personal or corporate profile page, with contact information always kept up to date
- Product information and tracking QR — Access to production date, lot number, warranty document, and user manual; production line integration
- Event and entry management — Ticket QR verification, attendee check-in system, and real-time attendance count
- Campaign QR codes — Separate tracking-parameter codes for each campaign; how many scans came from which channel is visible
- Location-based navigation — In-store or in-office navigation, floor plan access, shopping mall or trade fair applications
- Bulk QR management — Automatic QR generation via API for hundreds of products or locations
- Scan analytics — Scan statistics by date, time, device type, and geographic location
Technical Standards
The dynamic redirection engine is built on Node.js and Cloudflare Workers; it handles millions of scans without interruption with millisecond-level redirection latency. QR image generation and brand adaptation are performed server-side; delivered as SVG or high-resolution PNG. The API interface allows external systems to automatically create and update QR codes.
Who Is It For?
- Restaurants, cafes, and hotels working with frequently changing menus or price lists
- Manufacturers and retailers who want to enrich the customer experience by adding QR codes to product packaging or printed materials
- Agencies and organizations hosting events, trade fairs, or congresses
Expected Outcomes
- Physical material reprint costs and print-shop dependency are eliminated
- Content updates are reflected instantly across all printed materials; no print ever becomes outdated
- Campaign and channel performance becomes measurable through QR scan statistics
- Information provided to customers is always current; dissatisfaction caused by incorrect information ends
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a dynamic QR and a static QR?
Once a static QR is printed its content cannot be updated; if the target URL changes all materials have to be reprinted, and there is no way to know how many times the code was scanned. With a dynamic QR, the target URL or content behind the code can be changed from a management panel whenever you want, and statistics are kept for every scan.
Do we need to reprint materials when a menu or price changes?
No. Price and content changes are made through the panel and the printed QR stays the same. The update is reflected instantly across all materials in the field, so no print ever becomes outdated.
Are QR codes created one by one for hundreds of products?
No, an API interface is provided for bulk generation, so external systems can create and update QR codes automatically. Images are produced server-side with brand adaptation and delivered as SVG or high-resolution PNG.
What can we see in the scan data?
Scan statistics by date, time, device type and geographic location can be tracked. When a separate tracking-parameter code is generated for each campaign, you can also break down how many scans came from which channel.
