What is Hyperautomation?
Turkish: Hiperotomasyon (Hyperautomation)
Hyperautomation combines RPA, AI, process mining, and integrations to automate end-to-end business processes across multiple systems.
What is Hyperautomation?
Hyperautomation is a broad approach to discovering, prioritizing, automating, and continuously improving business processes. It combines RPA, AI, process mining, API integrations, document processing, and decision rules rather than treating automation as a single task script.
For example, when a supplier invoice arrives, the document can be read, line items validated, matched with a purchase order, routed to a user if there is an exception, posted to the ERP if approved, and passed into a payment approval flow. That scenario uses more than an RPA bot; it also needs document understanding, integration, business rules, and human approval.
When It Makes Sense
Hyperautomation is useful where many systems are involved, manual control points are common, and process data can be measured. Automating everything is not the right goal. Volume, error cost, regulatory risk, and process variability should guide prioritization.
AI agent and intelligent automation solutions can support decisions inside a process, but they raise operational risk if boundaries and review rules are unclear. Process ownership, logging, approval matrices, and exception handling are as important as the technical integrations.
