What is Marketplace Integration?

Turkish: Pazar Yeri Entegrasyonu

Marketplace integration syncs products, stock, prices, orders, and invoices with channels such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, or Amazon.

What is Marketplace Integration?

Marketplace integration connects a company’s product, stock, price, order, shipping, and invoice data with sales channels automatically. Instead of entering data into every seller panel by hand, teams manage the source data from an ERP, e-commerce platform, or integration layer.

How Does It Work?

The integration is usually authorized with API credentials. Product records are mapped to the marketplace category and attribute schema, inventory is tracked by SKU or barcode, and price or campaign data is sent to the channel. When an order arrives, the system receives customer, item, delivery address, and payment-status data, then triggers shipping and invoicing steps.

What Needs Care?

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, and similar channels each have different data models, rate limits, category requirements, and error responses. The same product may be sold under different names, commissions, or campaign rules across channels. Teams need clear logic for stock deduction order, cancellations, returns, retries, and reconciliation.

Shipping integration, inventory management, and e-Fatura are natural extensions of marketplace operations in Turkey.
